I am a self-taught wire jewelry artist. I love creating unique designs and am constantly learning new techniques. Although silver is the more popular metal requested by my customers, I am very fond of the earthiness and antique feel of copper.

Thanks for commenting on my necklace! Like I mentioned, I really like your work. I also see you're selling your jewelry on Etsy. I'm just starting to look into that. How is it going so far for you, if I may ask?

Thanks! Yeah I've had my stuff on Etsy for several months and to be honest it's very slow. It's not easy to promote your items on there, at least not in my experience so far! It's a great place due to the fact that it's inexpensive to sell, but I think for the amount of traffic it's difficult to get your things recognized unless you are an established seller.

Yeah, it seems like there are far more sellers than shoppers. I'm hoping to use my dA account to promote my Artfire page. I chose it over Etsy since Artfire offers a basic account that's completely free, and that's all I need (the upgraded account is $12/month, I think).

Best of luck! :-)
